New patient. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. They spend time asking questions and giving recommendations which is always welcomed. Overall, great first experience. Oh and btw, they were able to get me in for an appt very quickly. Keep up the great work team!

I was looking for a new dentist so I checked reviews and decided to give them a try. Everything from checking in to my exam was just what I was looking for. The tech that did my xrays was so kind and caring. I was even able to have my teeth cleaned at the same time. The hygienist was amazing! It was an excellent experience in every way!
My wife visited this place 2 days back along with me for her teeth cleaning and checkup. We called in the morning the same day for an appointment and luckily was given an appointment that day itself since there was a free window due to one cancellation.
On a visit, we were superbly welcomed and everyone was so sweet in that office. Each and every staff tries to do small talks and that really appreciated. They did a great job in her teeth checkup and thorough cleaning was done. They never hurried up for anything and it was a splendid visit. The highly recommended location for any dental related consultation. In the end, they even gave a goodie bag too with paste, brush, floss, and other stuff too.
This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to. The service here is wonderful and the dental work I’ve had done so far has been great. I’ve always disliked getting dental work done and am very nervous when I go but they have always made me super comfortable and the work done is always quick and painless. I definitely feel as though my best interests are top priority, the facilities are very clean and comfortable, and the entire staff I’ve met so far has been professional and kind. I recommend them highly!
My family and I have been going to Norterra for the past two years. What a great decision, they are professional do not upsell and above all they are ethical. You get a quote on the recommended service, what insurance will cover and what potential out of pocket costs will be. The staff is friendly and treat you like a friend, what do you have to lose by checking this place out? Maybe a Cavity 🙂
So, I’m 25 this month and I have not seen a dentist since I was 21 and my pediatric dentist couldn’t see me anymore since I’m a giant scaredy cat. This dental office made that for absolutely no reason. Everyone in there was so friendly from the moment you check in til the moment you check out. They were patient with me and kind. They explained everything to ease my anxiety. They took extra precautions due to being pregnant. I recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of dental care ranging from preventative to root canals. Such an awesome team! I have no anxiety about returning and have happily scheduled a 6mos follow-up. 10/10 for sure.
I have been a patient at Norterra for a while and would like to say that I have found my last dentist!! Everyone in the office are very kind, and wonderful people. I have had some dental issues that have been very difficult. Dr. Mark is the most caring and compassionate dentist I have ever dealt with. He is very thorough and explains all my options and helps me understand everything. He is the most amazing dentist and I recommend him for any kind of dental work!!! I’ve been reluctant to see a dentist regularly due to some apprehension I’ve had over past experiences. Needless to say, that’s not a great call for your dental health and I ended up needing a root canal. The team at Norterra Dental Care took amazing care of me from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff are extremely courteous and friendly and every member of the dental team who helped me through this, admittedly, scary process made the entire thing a painless and positive affair. I’m happy to make them my primary dental office moving forward and would encourage anyone else to do the same.
Everyone was so accommodating and informative. The Dentist was very professional, yet took the time to talk to you and tell you a little about himself. He’s one of the nicest Dentist I’ve ever encountered. The place was clean and overall a great experience.
I appreciate Norterra Dental for the Dentists and all of the staff. I have been apprehensive about having some work done for a crown. They were great explaining what was needed and how everything would be done. The irritation of my sore tooth is gone and I feel so much better. I only wish I would have done this sooner and avoided some of the pain I didn’t need to endure. Thank you Norterra Dental for how helpful you have been.
